Art-evenings in the Vienna Secession and in the MAK – Austrian Museum of Applied Arts / Contemorary Art gave the opportunity to hear music of the 20. century in a new way, outside the traditional concert-places and could reach an audience, which is not only interested in music. The content of programs and exhibitions became completed with lectures and guidance – they prompted to dialogs.

A classical Win-Win-Win- situation, the musicians stood in the footlights, the places could reach new visitors, the presented art became intensivly reflectet and this included a high medial interest. Because of the case, that the concerts were organized as finissages, there were additional medial interest. More visitors in the last exhibition-days ensured additional receipts for the museums.
